At Amazing Acupuncture & Asian Medicine, PLLC. in Sedona, Arizona, we are Approved Providers for Veterans' Assistance/ Tri-West insurance. Please make an appointment to visit your Primary Care VA physician. During your appointment, request acupuncture treatments and ask your physician to write a referral for Amazing Acupuncture. It may take a few weeks to a month for our clinic, and for you, to receive your authorization. When we get your referral, we will call you to schedule your first appointment. TriWest gives unlimited acupuncture treatments, free of charge, as a veteran benefit.

Medicare Advantage (Medicare Part C) covers up to 20 visits per year, with a copay, for treatment of low back pain. Please call your insurance company to find out if you have out of network coverage, if you need a referral from your primary care provider, and if you have a copay. At your first visit, we will take copies of your insurance cards.
Workers Compensation Claims
Amazing Acupuncture is an approved provider for the State of Arizona Workers Compensation Association. If you or someone you know has suffered an injury on the job - please call us right away to have acupuncture benefits added to your bodily injury claim.
Accident Injury Acupuncture
If you or someone you know has been in any kind of vehicular accident within the last 2 years as a pedestrian, driver or passenger - please call us. We will do our best to get acupuncture benefits added to your bodily injury claim.
Do you have a "Slip and Fall" claim against a store or business, (etc)? Please call us right away and we will do our best to have acupuncture added to your recovery program
Workplace and Vehicular Accident Claims
Receive coverage for workplace accident injuries. We accept most worker's compensation claims. If you’ve met with any kind of vehicular accident in the last 2 years as a pedestrian, driver, or passenger, come to us for bodily injury claims.
